  4. Submit your permit
    Save your application as a PDF and email it to: prevention@eagleriverfire.org.
  5. Submit payment
    Payments may be made by check, money order or credit cards. Credit cards will incur a 4.9% fee plus a $0.30 transaction fee. If paying by check or money order, send payment to: PO Box 2942, Edwards, CO 81632 or drop off at 34215 US Hwy 6,
    Unit 204, Edwards, CO.

Permits will not be reviewed until payment is received.

After we receive your application and confirm payment, we will email you a signed permit.

Do not begin work without an approved permit. Unpermitted work will result in a stop work order,
a penalty fee of four times the standard permit fee, and delays in scheduling inspections.
